• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLC requirements.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
• Gaming history: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from each session date, for dispute resolution and PAGCOR audit purposes.
• Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the close of each support interaction.
• Technical and log data: Retained for twelve (12) months from collection.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for two (2) years following withdrawal of consent.

Following the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be attributed to you.

Some of cc6ph9's third-party service providers — including game developers, cloud infrastructure providers, and technical support vendors — may be located outside the Philippines.
