In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

To access real-money gaming services on cc6ph9, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active cc6ph9 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations under the Republic of the Philippines, cc6ph9 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered by deposit amounts, unusual account activity, or at cc6ph9's discretion.

Acceptable forms of identification for KYC verification include:

• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by LTO
• PhilSys (National ID)
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• PRC Professional ID

cc6ph9 may additionally request proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months) or documentation verifying source of funds for high-value transactions. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and delay or forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

cc6ph9 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels:

• GCash e-wallet
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• QR Ph (BSP-standard QR code payments)
• GrabPay
• BPI Online Banking
• BDO Online Banking
• Metrobank Online Banking
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ (over-the-counter cash deposits)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. cc6ph9 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees for certain transaction types. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your cc6ph9 Wallet instantly under normal operating conditions.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your cc6ph9 Account. Third-party deposits are prohibited. cc6ph9 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Required: You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request can be processed. cc6ph9 will not process withdrawals for unverified Accounts.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled.

• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements.

cc6ph9 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date or time window within which wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Unfulfilled bonus amounts will be forfeited upon expiry.

All games available on the cc6ph9 Platform are provided by licensed game developers and are operated under technical standards approved by PAGCOR. The following terms apply to all game play:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on cc6ph9 are independently certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed in each game's information section.
• Results of all games are final once confirmed on the Platform. cc6ph9 is not liable for errors in a Player's understanding of game rules or outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game session, cc6ph9 will endeavor to reconstruct the session using server records and resolve the outcome fairly. If reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

• Creating, operating, or using more than one Account.
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or influence game outcomes.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Exploiting software glitches, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any activity constituting money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities through the cc6ph9 Wallet or Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the cc6ph9 Platform.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any intellectual property rights in the Platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content of the cc6ph9 Platform without our express prior written consent. Unauthorized use of cc6ph9 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cc6ph9's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of funds held in the Player's Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

cc6ph9 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, or goodwill.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond cc6ph9's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service interruptions, or force majeure events).
• Any actions taken by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities that affect Platform availability or account status.

Nothing in this clause limits cc6ph9's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

cc6ph9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Full details of our data practices are set out in the cc6ph9 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to cc6ph9 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the delivery of gaming services. You may exercise your rights under the Data Privacy Act by contacting cc6ph9 via the contact details provided in Section 18 of these Terms.

cc6ph9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law.

Your continued use of the cc6ph9 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through cc6ph9's internal complaints process or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism.

cc6ph9 is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and fairly. The following process applies to all complaints:

1. First Contact: Contact cc6ph9 support via live chat or email with a clear description of your complaint, relevant Account details, and any supporting evidence.
2. Investigation: cc6ph9 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a resolution or progress update within five (5) business days.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with cc6ph9's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR's Player Services division for independent review.

cc6ph9 will not charge any fee for processing complaints through its internal process.
